Or, if one prefers a trip to Dahlonega and the mountains there and beyond, just head north on Georgia 400. It is a short drive to I-985, by going south on I-985 one can visit the Mall of Georgia and the many establishments in the area. With the mountains and the lake within an easy reach, adventure abounds Princeton.
Developed in 2003, there are 5 undeveloped residential lots remaining of the original 127. Built in three phases, the subdivision features lighted sidewalks, curbed roads and over 25 acres of green space. The Princeton Homeowners’ Association is responsible for maintaining the entrance, green space, enforcing the covenants and collecting the member fees.
In 2007 the developer turned the mandatory Princeton Homeowners' Association over to the homeowners. In 2008 the Princeton Homeowners’ Association held its first election. The Association is incorporated and is registered with the state as a non-profit. The Association is governed by a set of covenants and bylaws which are recorded in the County Clerk ’s Office.
The PHOA does have the authority to change the membership fee based on the needs of Princeton. However, the Association works diligently to keep the membership fees extremely low.
Enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the Princeton area. If you would like additional information, please do not hesitate to contact the PHOA at princetonsubdivision @ gmail.com.
A new member (one whose name the property is transferred into from the previous owner) is required to pay a $100 initiation fee. In addition, the annual membership fee is currently set at $100. There is also a $100 administrative fee due at closing.
