DownloadWhile the Princeton Subdivision originally developed with 127 residential lots, three of these lots have been combined into one residential lot lowering the total number of buildable residential lots to 125. Currently, there are 5 remaining residential lots on which family residences may be constructed. Review the Covenants as to the restrictions and requirements for the development of the family residential lots.
With only one entrance/exit off Sardis Road, our peaceful subdivision does not have through traffic. With a speed limit of 25, we strive to keep the residential streets safe. All of the community streets have cul-de-sacs with the exception of the entrance street of Old Princeton Ridge.
